A great KBG Luncheon held at our favorite venue: Good Samaritan at Pohai Nani, Kaneohe. Thank you to Rob Ching and the staff that makes our visit fantastic every time. Our featured speaker Roseann Freitas from BIA-HAWAII provided a very engaging discussion on the update status of the Building Industry Association’s impaqct on the construction business and the community at large. There was much to discuss as the market is making biug moves of late. Her perspective provided KBG members with great insight on some of the new directions being taking and some of the industries ups-and-downs. Many questions were posed and answered at the extensive Q&A and casual discussion afterwards from so many members was educational for those in the know and new to the experience. Alot of new faces at this luncheon event, which is always great to see. Thanks to all to contributed and organized this luncheon. Such a great opportunity to learn and meet fellow KBG members and new business professionals in the Kaneohe community while discussing the most important new developments with the BIA Hawaii organization and its mission. Aloha! See you at the next one.
